We ship across Canada from coast to coast. Whether you are located in a major metropolitan centre or a smaller community, Elite Bio Supply is committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently to every province and territory in Canada.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options
We use Canada Post as our shipping carrier and offer the following service levels:
- Regular Parcel. Affordable standard shipping with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination.
- Xpresspost. Faster delivery with end-to-end tracking and a delivery standard of 2 business days for most major cities.
- Priority. Our fastest option. Next-business-day delivery to most major Canadian cities with a money-back guarantee from Canada Post.
All three service levels include tracking and are available to every address in Canada, including all provinces and territories.

If your city is not listed above, don’t worry. We ship to all Canadian addresses. Delivery times for smaller communities and remote or northern locations may be longer. Please contact us for an estimate.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $15 CAD on all orders, regardless of weight or destination within Canada. Upgraded shipping options (Xpresspost and Priority) are available at checkout for an additional fee calculated based on your location and package weight.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with a Canada Post tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can track your package directly on the Canada Post tracking page or by contacting us with your order number.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. The return address does not reference Elite Bio Supply or the contents of your order. Your purchase is completely confidential.
