Shipping Within Canada

We ship all orders from within Canada. Standard shipping is available across all provinces and territories.

Processing time: 1-3 business days
Standard shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
Expedited shipping: 2-5 business days after processing (where available)

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier website.

International Shipping

We currently offer limited international shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

Elite Bio Supply is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
