What payment methods do you accept?
We accept 350+ cryptocurrencies through NOWPayments, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Monero (XMR), Litecoin (LTC), USDT, and many more. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or bank transfers.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An email address is required for order confirmation and tracking updates.
Is my payment information stored?
No. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments and are not stored on our servers. We never have access to your wallet information.
What happens after I place an order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately. Once your crypto payment is confirmed on the blockchain, we process and ship your order. You’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Where do you ship?
We ship from Canada to anywhere in Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Typical delivery times within Canada:
- Regular Parcel: 2–9 business days
- Xpresspost: 1–3 business days
- Priority: 1–2 business days
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain packaging with no product descriptions or branding on the outside.
Do you provide tracking?
