Can Enclomiphene Treat Low Testosterone?

Yes. Enclomiphene was specifically developed to treat secondary hypogonadism (low testosterone caused by insufficient LH/FSH signaling from the pituitary, not by testicular failure). Clinical trial data shows it reliably raises testosterone to the normal range.

Clinical evidence: In Phase III trials, enclomiphene at 12.5 mg and 25 mg daily raised testosterone from hypogonadal levels (below 300 ng/dL) to the normal range (300-900 ng/dL) in the majority of subjects. The 12.5 mg dose was effective in most men, with the 25 mg dose reserved for those with an inadequate initial response.
