At Elite Bio Supply, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
  • The product has not been tampered with
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@elitebiosupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elitebiosupply.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
